From washing machines and robots, to sensors and agricultural solutions, we’ve ventured into various sectors beyond our core business. Our current objective is to evolve into a 10-billion-yen company with five distinct business units by 2030. Powered by IoT and AI, the platform provides real-time insights into machine performance, allowing users to monitor operations remotely. With the added convenience of online reservation for maintenance, customers can proactively schedule service, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.

*If you have good Flutter skills, you may be employed as Flutter developer.

You do not have to be able to do 100% right away, but in the future we would like you to be able to do all back-end and front-end tasks.
We are looking for people who are passionate about learning proactively, as we can carefully teach any missing skills after joining the company.

Career path

1st year

Focus on frontend (React.js, Vue.js) and basic backend skills for Fullstack, and master Flutter app development and UI components for Flutter.

2nd year

Dive into database management and API development for Fullstack; specialize in API integration and AWS for Fullstack, and efficient state management and RESTful API calls for Flutter. Advance to advanced API design, Firebase integration, and mentorship for Fullstack; optimize performance, lead testing efforts, and emphasize efficient version control practices for Flutter. In the 2nd year, contribute significantly to comprehensive documentation.

3rd year

Drive innovation in both Fullstack and Flutter roles, exploring cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Lead projects that push boundaries and contribute to the company’s technological advancement. Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

Typical daily work schedule

8:30 am – 9:00 am: Morning Meeting
Start the day with a team meeting to discuss priorities, ongoing projects, and any immediate issues.
Review the status of the system and address any urgent matters.

9:00 am – 10:00 am: System Check and Issue Resolution
Conduct a thorough check of the system to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Address any reported issues from users or the monitoring system.
Work on resolving bugs or glitches in the system.

10:00 am – 10:10 am: Short Break

10:10 am – 12:00 pm: Code Review and Documentation
Review codebase and documentation submitted by the startup company.
Ensure a solid understanding of the existing code, APIs, and system architecture.
Document any areas that need clarification or improvement.

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm: Lunch Break

12:45 pm – 1:30 pm: Communication with the Vendor Company
Connect with the startup company in Bangladesh for any ongoing technical support or clarification on the system.
Discuss any challenges or questions related to the codebase or system architecture.

1:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Performance Optimization and Improvement
Identify areas for system improvement and performance optimization.
Work on enhancing features, functionality, and overall user experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers for ongoing projects.

3:00 pm – 3:10 pm: Short Break

3:10 pm – 4:00 pm: Bug Fixing and Testing
Address any reported bugs or issues.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
