<The Origins of Our Logo Design>
The “A” Echoes the Shape of Our Original Spray Gun:
The “A” in “Active” is shaped after a part of our first domestic spray gun model manufactured by Iwata Seisakusho, the very origins of our company. We believe that a “vitality of spirit that is undeterred by failure” can only spring from a fresh attitude that never forgets our original purpose.

Since the logo of our corporate slogan is similar in shape to the monument portion of our corporate brand logo, these logos together resemble a “parent” and “child.”

“i” For Everyone to Embrace the Slogan as Their Own:
We want to encourage each and every one of our employees in all of our divisions to embrace this slogan as their own mission and ask themselves, “What does Newest Technology mean to me?” To reflect this idea, we accentuated the “i” in blue, our company’s corporate color.

Air Energy Business
In our air energy business, we provide comprehensive air management services that supply “the energy that is essential to our society” in the form of pneumatic equipment, expanders, and vacuum equipment in a stable and efficient manner. We will contribute to a prosperous society by pursuing oil-free technology that compresses gases, mainly air, as well as energy-saving features, thereby providing products that meet the needs of our customers around the world.

In our coating business, we aim to offer optimal paint film technology that can satisfy our customers all over the world. In both development departments, there are many young members and the atmosphere is one where anything can be discussed.

Also, when there is something you don’t understand at work, seniors are kind and attentive. Supervisors are usually concerned about employees, so it is a very good environment where you can immediately ask for help.

  • New employee training (approximately 3 months):
    In order to be able to work independently from the early stage of employment, we provide basic education such as business etiquette and attitude as a member of society, as well as education on product knowledge and on-the-job training necessary for working in our company.
    The purpose of this training is to “understand ANEST IWATA” “Understand the behaviors and awareness required to work in an organization” and “acquire the basics as a member of society” so that you can smoothly integrate into the workplace after being assigned.
  • On-the-job training system:
    From the time of assignment until the end of the first year, senior employees will work as OJT instructors to provide support on a daily basis.
    They learn knowledge and skills, as well as attitudes and ideas about work.
    This initiative has not only led to the development of new employees, but has also led to the improvement of the skills of senior employees in teaching and developing subordinates.
  • Follow-up training (2nd year, 3rd year):
