Product and Technical Information
We have conducted R & D and system manufacturing on the themes of environmental improvement and automation, and have developed collaborations with many companies. The results are widely used in the manufacture of the NewFX series of gravure plate making equipment, the manufacture of electronic components, security printing, and medical applications. In addition, we will begin full-scale development of FXIJ, a water-based inkjet printer that is plateless and compatible with small batches. FXIJ + NewFX will further promote quick response, low cost, environmental improvement and automation from small lots of soft packaging materials to large lots of 1 million meters.
Working Environment
We have an almost non-hierarchical work system, and the distance between the employees at work sites and those at the top is kept close so that decisions can be made smoothly and the opinions of employees at work sites can be easily reflected in management.
There is no job in sales, and the necessary operating expenses are usually used for development expenses, and the latest measuring instruments and manufacturing equipment are introduced.

The company has been in business for 57 years without a loss, and the Teikoku Databank has continuously scored around 70 points, which is an outstanding rating for a small and medium-sized enterprise.

Environmental Initiatives
Till today, we have conducted R & D and system manufacturing on the themes of environmental improvement and automation, and have developed collaborations with many companies.
As a result, the New FX series of gravure plate-making equipment, as well as precision printing and molding rolls using gravure applications, have been widely used in electronic components, MLCCs, and other applications, to prevent counterfeiting of banknotes, and to medical-related applications, resulting in technological improvements that reduce the amount of ink used by 20%.
In addition, the launch of FXIJ, a water-based inkjet printer that enables plateless and small-lot applications in conjunction with the latest high-speed image processing software, has attracted attention for its dramatic safety and comfort in the work environment.
To promote the use of natural energy, solar panels are installed on the rooftop of the factory .

Main work
Automatic platemaking equipment requires knowledge of various fields, including mechanical design, electricity, automatic controls, chemicals, optics like lasers, and image processing.
Recently, the percentage of overseas customers has increased, so there are many opportunities for overseas business trips. In addition, a large proportion of machine parts are manufactured inside the company, and we also ship consumable materials to domestic and overseas markets.

Post-employment and on-the-job training
We will ask you to experience each department in the company for one month after you join the company, and then after that, we will hold a hearing about your preferred assignment.
After the assignment, senior employees will be on OJT for about 3 months.

Leisure facilities at work & activities outside of work
Cherry blossom viewing: There is a large cherry tree in front of the company, and employees gather around April for cherry blossom viewing. It is also held together with the entrance ceremony in Japan.
Employee trips: The company pays a part of the cost (Accommodation and transportation expenses) to participate in employee trips every year (We have been to Okinawa, Sendai, Fukushima and Yamanashi in the past.) We will resume again after the COVID-19 pandemic.
