Our range includes large-scale weighing machines and weighing systems with advanced features, including those for rice and weat in particular, contributing to automation and labor-saving across different industries. While we are recognized as a leading weighing machine manufacturer, we also meet the needs of customers in various plant designs. ■Electric design
You will work on the electrical side of systems controlling large machines, handling tasks from wiring to circuit board design. Your role involves designing and coding systems for various machinery types, including large industrial machines and precision equipment. You’ll also troubleshoot electrical issues and provide support for control-related maintenance and after-sales follow-up.

Workplace Environment

Our team/corporate culture

Technical Headquarters, Instrumentation Design Team
Our Instrumentation Design Team values independence and originality, viewing individual growth as our most important task. The head office has been converted from a warehouse into a workspace that prioritizes private space, and the Tokyo office also offers an environment conducive to concentration. Communication with sales and operations staff is always accessible, as conversation is considered an essential element for individual growth. Moreover, teleworking is encouraged, and we have arranged an environment that facilitates working from travel destinations or home.

Typical daily work schedule

Work hours are basically from 8:30 to 17:30.
1 hour within this period is designated as a break time.
How you spend the time outside of breaks is up to you, and you are responsible for planning and executing your work efficiently, excluding time spent in meetings with clients or internal company meetings.
If you complete your day’s work early, you are generally allowed to leave the company early.
If you’re unable to concentrate, you’re allowed to work from a nearby café, just be sure to maintain the security of any company-issued tools.

Post-employment and on-the-job training

Upon joining, you will undergo a two-month training and probation period. In the first month, you will receive training at the head office along with your peers, covering industry and product knowledge as well as essential professional skills. This includes learning about the company’s internal rules. The following month will be dedicated to on-the-job training (OJT) and practical training using actual sites and test environments. This will be an opportunity for you to fully engage, address any questions, and solve challenges.

Are there any senior non-Japanese nationals, or English-speaking employees?

Yes, within the company there is one employee from India. Additionally, under our diversity policy, we also have employees from China and the Philippines.
