As a specialized valve manufacturer, we have been in charge of processing, assembly and installation for over a century. We support municipal water supply projects nationwide by supplying control butterfly valves, check valves, and pressure reduction valves.
We listen carefully to the needs of customers and propose valves with specifications according to the application. You will be able to acquire knowledge about valves from scratch through factory training and external training.

Job Description

Details of the job

You will be responsible for designing water and sewage valves, industrial and agricultural water valves, and related work.

The following duties will be assigned in accordance with customer applications for which orders have been received by the sales staff.

  • Production design of water valves
  • Improvement of line-up products
  • Design of water and sewage valves
  • Design of water valves for industrial and agricultural use
  • Development and design of new products

After joining the company, you will be involved in the manufacturing process through factory training and learn about the structure and features of valves before being assigned to your respective department.
After assignment, you will learn your work through on-the-job training under the guidance of senior employees.

We will provide internal and external training as appropriate.

Depending on your experience and aptitude, you may be required to go on business trips throughout Japan.

Career path

1st year

Design assistance under seniors (learning CAD operations and design document creation procedures) Acquiring basic knowledge of valve and mechanical design

2nd year

Design assistance under seniors. Learn design work so that you can become a designer. (Learning design verification methods, etc.)

3rd year

Perform design work as a designer.

5th year

Become a leader of a small group and lead a team. You will also provide guidance and management. (Leader, chief class)

10th year

Become a leader of not only one group, but also two or three teams. You will also be assisting the section manager. (Unit Head class)

Post-employment and on-the-job training

  • Training (We have both internal and external training.)
  • On-the-Job Training (Start with the basic content and change it according to the level.)

We expect you to learn the work through OJT education from your seniors. We have an annual training program.
