We are a software company that develops and sells the digital marketing SaaS “Cloud CIRCUS”, and provides digital marketing consulting and contract services. We’ve developed and sold ten in-house products, including “Actibook” (ebook production) and “COCOAR” (AR production), which have the highest sales share in Japan.
In addition to our headquarters in Tokyo, we also have offices in Osaka and Fukuoka. We have also started to expand our business to Vietnam and Thailand in 2021, and we will continue to exceed your expectations in order to build a world in which more and more people can work joyfully, aiming to bring smiles to the faces of as many people as possible. Finally, we want to strengthen and expand our engineering team to continue improving as a software company and provide our customers with cutting-edge solutions.

Actually, based on our experience observing many companies, we think that what Japan is lacking of is marketing power.
We cannot make the appropriate profit because we cannot optimize our marketing. As a result, productivity is low.
That is why we want to introduce marketing to every business in Japan by making marketing automation and entertainment technology available at affordable prices.

What is Cloud CIRCUS?
Cloud CIRCUS is a set of SaaS technologies that allows anyone to get started increasing and nurturing customers easily and quickly.
There is no initial costs and it can be set up in as little as one day. Ten different tools can be flexibly combined to suit various needs, such as growing new customers, streamlining sales activities, adopting efficient sales marketing techniques, raising customer traffic from websites and social media and so on. We have 20,000 users as of March 2021.

What projects/services is your engineering team working on?

Our team is in charge of the following projects in particular:
- WebAR creation and distribution project “LESSAR”
- Customer Success Analysis project “Subscription” (tentative name)
The following are the main tasks performed by our team:
- Web application development (design and programming) in the LAMP environment
Or - Native application development for iOS and Android (design and programming)
※Work related to design and infrastructure are done in collaboration with other members.
※You will initially be responsible for PHP development, but this is an environment in which you can challenge yourself in other languages and domains in the future.

What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
We have 29 members in our technical division, divided in the following units: Direction, Technical, Design, Infrastructure, and QA.
Furthermore, we have the most diverse workforce in the organization, with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean nationalities working with us.
We have 9 employees leading product development in the Tokyo office, 11 in the Fukuoka office, and 9 in the Iizuka office!
Our organization will continue to strive for a work atmosphere that allows everyone to grow, regardless of ethnicity or gender.
