Since its establishment in 2009, HeartCore has been growing steadily, with HeartCore CMS/CXM as its core product.
One of the reasons why our products are used by so many customers is that we are always listening to our customers’ needs and spare no effort to improve products’ functionality.
Our goal is to make customers’ happy, therefore we do not focus on profit and provide customer support that goes beyond the price they paid for our services.
We solved the problems of old products with the awareness of always being ahead of the times.
HeartCore CMS/CXM, which covers a wide range of elements required for companies to create websites, has been introduced by more than 510 companies in Japan.

Keeping an eye on the future in the ever-changing IT industry

The speed of technological innovation in the IT industry is extremely fast.
In response to this, we have released a series of products that could become the standard for the next generation, including HeartCore Robo, an RPA tool that helps to reform the way we work.
We will continue to grow to become a company that can change Japan by developing products that meet the needs of the times.

Focusing on creating a comfortable working environment for employees

Facilitating communication among employees is a key point for us, that is why several times a year we hold office parties that employees can casually attend. At HeartCore, employees share information and communicate with each other regardless of their position in the company.

Product developer: Improving functions, fixing bugs, as well as developing in-house products, etc.
Project manager: Project management (requirements definition, budget management and adjustment, staff management, task management, etc.)
Support engineer: Responding to inquiries from customers, testing, etc.
Programmer: website coding (EC, etc.), database construction, etc.

We will continue to contribute to corporate web strategy by providing a digital experience platform centered on HeartCore CMS (Content Management System), a software that improves the efficiency of website management and operation.

By visualizing corporate business processes and PC operation history, and providing software to automate routine tasks and improve overall business efficiency, we will contribute to the promotion of corporate work style reform.
