As a member of the Sekiwa Kensetsu Group (Sekisui House Group), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sekisui House, our company is in charge of overall construction management for Sekisui House. Among many housebuilders, it is rare for a company to have a “Construction Department Specialized Company” like ours. Our strength is that we work integrally with Sekisui House to support the trust and quality of our products. We have an environment in which we can make proposals for the development of new construction technologies through opportunities such as technical training and study sessions.

・General construction management for Sekisui House’s new construction, construction and renovation work ranging from land development, foundation work, steel and wood frame construction, woodwork and molding work, exterior work, to after-sales maintenance

・General design and construction for new construction of offices, stores, etc., for primary contractors

・General design and construction for remodeling and expansion of private residences and condominiums

・All exterior construction work, from land development to landscaping

Our corporate culture

We have a corporate culture that encourages a work style with a good balance between work and leisure time. Although we have not been able to hold such events recently due to social circumstances, we normally hold various company events throughout the year, such as sports events, community appreciation festivals, and company trips, which can be enjoyed regardless of department, age, or length of employment history.
