The iYell Co,. Ltd is a housing mortgage tech company.
We built the “iYell Housing mortgage Platform” to solve problems related to house loans: for people wishing to buy a house, businesses selling them, and financial institutions providing housing loans.
The platform is based on three points: “Media” that can be used for marketing, “Technology” that streamlines procedures, provides remote support, and predicts interest rates, and a “Professional team” that provides credit screening services and face-to-face consultation to end users.
We are a company that values the people we work with.

So, what kind of people do we want to work with?
In the first year of the company’s existence, we established a set of iYell’s values that were shared by all employees at the time. These values are still cherished by all members and are the bases for management decisions.
As a result of our commitment to these values, we have had no employees leave the company until we had 100 employees, and we still have a low turnover rate.
Many of our employees joined the company through referrals, and some even introduce their siblings.

We provide a platform that streamlines the mortgage operations of financial institutions and housing businesses for consumers to choose the best mortgage.
Our functions include:
- New technologies, such as chatbots for financial institutions.
- “iYell Dandori”：A smartphone application for outsourcing administrative work for housing businesses.
- “iYell online consultation desk” ：Housing loan comparison and consultation service for users.
We provide services that cover all phases of the home purchase process, from the selection of a housing provider, which is the gateway to purchasing a home, to the comparison and selection of housing loans, to post-purchase living and refinancing.
With the increasing frequency of home replacements among domestic users, we aim to build a solid position in this industry with high barriers to entry, and create a social infrastructure.

What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
Our engineers are responsible for the development and operation of the various systems described earlier.
Do you plan on using any new technologies in the future?
We plan to incorporate technologies that will lead to solutions for mortgage issues, such as the development of OCR and big data analysis platforms.
