We provide services tailored to our clients’ lifestyles and marriage activity phases.
We are developing multiple layered marriage business that combines online and in-person services, from matching services such as matching websites, blind dates, and parties, to marriage agencies that provide support until marriage (engagement), for people who are looking for marriage partners.

Directly-managed Marriage Consulting Agency Business
“IBJ Members” is a marriage agency service that boasts one of the highest marriage rates in the industry with our hands on support.
We provide consulting services to help customers find the best partner and lead them to a successful marriage through our unique method.
■Marriage Agency Network Business
Expansion and operation of the Japan Association of Marriage Agencies, one of the largest marriage agency network systems in Japan.
We provide consistent services from consulting sales for opening a dating agency to follow-up with member agencies.
■Event Business
Planning, gathering, and operation of “PARTY☆PARTY,” the marriage partner searching events that attract approximately 60,000 people per month.
We hold a wide range of events from small group events to large scale events for several hundred people.
■Community Business
Management and operation of “Bridal Net,” Japan’s first online marriage activity service that combines the Internet and in-face marriage activity.
The number of matches per month is approximately 18,000 thanks to our unique follow-up system in which a marriage activity concierge in charge provides consultation to each customer and creates couples.
■Matching Party Business
Operation of “Rush,” one of Japan’s largest matchmaking service.
We offer matchmaking, in-face meeting/dining arranging services, as well as dinner parties for those who want to find love.
■Franchise Business
Consulting for franchisees of the “PARTY☆PARTY” the marriage partner searching events. We spread our unique know-how of attracting and managing customers to create couples throughout Japan.

What projects/services is your engineering team working on?
We develop functions related to all of IBJ’s services and conduct CI/CD and other DevOps activities to support them.
What technologies are you using?
We mainly provide AWS services, from servers to AI, security and logging.
What type of engineers work at your company? What is their job content?
Engineer job titles are server-side, front-side, apps, and DevOps.
We specialize in projects in each of these areas, but you can also move between job titles.
Do you plan on using any new technologies in the future?
We intend to introduce MSA and consider the possibility of introducing a container technology.
