Our corporate philosophy is to be the ‘Better Solution Partner’ for our customers, and the attitude of the entire team to work together to solve our customers’ problems is deeply rooted. The workplace makes good use of telecommuting and flexible working hours, but communication is also constant, and the environment is one in which people can immediately ask for help if they are unsure about something. Post-employment and on-the-job training

After joining the company, we train new employees and assign them to each workplace.
For the first four years, we will create individual development plans to support your career.
We share business goals and feedback with our superiors through regular meetings with them.
In addition, the Hitachi Group has a dedicated training organization where employees can take training tailored to their careers.

Are there any senior non-Japanese nationals, or English-speaking employees?

We have French and Chinese colleagues. Also, although they are not employees, some of the people we work with are Asian.
In October 2023, three Indian employees will join the company and be your seniors.

We offer an employee stock ownership plan and a property savings plan as benefits related to asset building.
The Hitachi Group also has a voluntary insurance system that allows its employees to purchase life insurance, medical insurance and automobile insurance. It is a group membership as a Hitachi Group, so the premium is considerably lower than the insurance system that is generally subscribed to.

Leisure facilities at work & activities outside of work

Our head office in Chiba has a lush green environment. In spring, the cherry blossoms on the property are in full bloom and are very beautiful. The sea is also close.
You can also see Tokyo Skytree from the Tokyo office. Nearby is Kameido Tenjin, where you can enjoy a tasteful townscape. Asakusa, popular with foreigners, is also close by.
