Hasegawa Kogyo is a pioneer and a leading company in its field. For the past 60 years we have been designing, manufacturing and selling equipment such as ladders and stepladders for work at height.
Beginning with the establishment of an industrial plant in China in 2001, we have been growing our business overseas, with a factory in Vietnam and sales offices in the U.S., China as well as other countries (about 30 countries in total).
In the future, while keeping our focus on the ladder business, we plan on expanding our IT services and other new activities, both in Japan and overseas.

In addition to products used at construction sites, we also develop more stylish products to be used at home or in retail stores, that integrate well into a modern interior.

We are currently developing new projects such as e-Sports, Personal Mobility products and AR services.
“Hasegawa AR” is a service that allows you to check which size of ladder you need for a particular place or operation, by vizualizing products thanks to augmented reality. It does not require a dedicated app to be used.

Our corporate culture
We are pursuing new projects while expanding our ladder business both in Japan and overseas. Divisions cooperate with each other, to contribute to the growth and development of the company.
We have a long history of 60 years, but we do not stick to traditions, and we do encourage young people to take on new challenges. We offer training programs for various departments after joining the company, for exemple through education programs for freshmen and leaders of next generation, overseas training, and in-house seminars.
