Belc operates more than 130 supermarkets, mainly in Saitama Prefecture.
By standardizing the layout of retail areas and work methods, we ensure high profitability and enable employees to work efficiently at any store, which leads to the creation of stores that satisfy customers’ needs.
◆Dominant operations in Kanto and six other prefectures◆
We operate grocery supermarket chains in Saitama, Gunma, Chiba, Kanagawa, Tokyo, Tochigi, and Ibaraki prefectures in the Kanto region. We aim to operate supermarkets that satisfy customers based on our corporate philosophy, handling fresh foods (fruit and vegetables, seafood, meat, delicatessen products), processed foods, miscellaneous , and liquor.
◆Efficient operation system◆
Belc specializes in grocery supermarkets with a sales floor area of around 2,000 square meters, and promotes and thoroughly implements standardization and simplification in store expansion and operations.
We have also established an operation system to ensure that operations are carried out with optimum staffing and with no wasteful or unnecessary work. This results in consistency, improved efficiency and productivity, and above all, an optimal working environment for our employees.
As for online services, we operate the Belc App, the online supermarket “Belc Delivery Pack”, an online store, and official account on social media.
